I'm having a great time and meeting a lot of neat people.

A (very) little about me. I'm 36, married May 2003 to my best friend, G. Our son, R (formerly known as Wags) was born February 2005 and our daughter, M (formerly Zy) was born November 2006. We lost our next child at 4w3d in February 2009 and, painfully, our next at 10w2d exactly 6 months later. God blessed us with our second daughter, m (formerly Sweet Pea) in March 2011, and our third sweet girl, T (formerly Blessing) in December 2012. My husband is a pastor in the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod and I am a Deaconess in the same church body. He is serving as a pastor once again, this time in semi-rural Colorado. For the time being, I am "just" enjoying the role of wife, mom and homeschooling teacher and sewing, crocheting/knitting (or "yarning"), dabbling in high altitude baking and gardening, and generally being "crafty" whenever I can be. What a faithful God we serve!

carrot_princess: In the short time I've known her, there are a few things I've learned about her that I love. She is a loving person. She is well-learned and passionate. I know she's going to make an AMAZING mother due to these qualities; even now all of her energy is going into getting to know everything about her baby. She is such a dedicated woman! Oh yes...and I always want to pronounce her name the French way.

endersgame3: the warden has asked us to say something about her. i better come up with something good so she'll parole me. ack! i think she heard me plotting! seriously, shes the greatest though. for a warden.
